A holiday home on a long lease of 50 years + will cost anything from £48,000 to £65,000+.
As with any home there are running costs to cover your use of energy and amenities, for insurance and for care of our public areas. The cost of electricity and water are your own and must take out insurance to cover any unforeseen issues with your holiday home.
